Confidentiality: All information we share is on an understanding of strict confidentiality. That means two things:
- We understand that in the process of serving your needs, we might be made privy to information that is sensitive or holds a competitive value. We will respect any information we are given about your business and will not share it with anyone.
- Our services are a combination of our skills, our knowledge and our own creativity. In contracting with us, you agree to respect the confidentiality of our methods and practices, and not to share them with others.
Payment: For small projects, we ask for payment up front. For larger projects, we might divide payments in three, with a third at the beginning of each third of the work. We accept payment via PayPal (including credit cards processed through PayPal), and we accept checks and money orders in US and Canadian currency. All prices on this site are in US dollars. We will provide quotes in Canadian dollars upon request. We also accept trunks of buried treasure, crown jewels and priceless artifacts, as long as they are not being pursued by a blood-thirsty pirate or a diabolical relic hunter.
